Currently Google is working on a coach of fitness and wellbeing. They are going to call it aS “Google Coach”. Rumors are around that it is going to change before the launch. Experts also hear that Google has a number of ideas in their stock. They will implement it in this AI project. The working title “Google Coach” will not just be a workout tracker. It will also focus on helping in making you stay active, which will be the main focus. Project Wooden is the initial name of this smart gadget.

How it works?

The way it works is that Google will implement to use the data that it already has about you. The data that you will provide to it. Google leverages that data to give to your health and fitness ideas. It will give you recommendation for exercise routines and maintain a track record of your progress. In case a day comes when you have been unable to make time for your session, it may also recommend you alternative routines. It will also recommend ways in which you can make up for the lost session.

Why to hit the gym?

The time you hit the gym, log into the gadget, your coach will take notes of your activity and continue to us that data to make future workout session. Not just your workout sessions, Google Coach will also help you in maintaining and monitor your nutrition and according to that data, recommend future diets. An example would be, when you are out, Google will be able to track your location and send you recommendation of restaurants and meals based on your previous meals and diet. Or if you prefer cooking at home, you could ask Coach for suggestions and recipes on what to prepare and it will offer you suggestions based on the data collected previously.

Conclusion

If provided appropriate data, Google suggests that Coach might even offer you meal plans and hopping lists and directly send it on your mail. On the initial launch, Google Coach will extensively put their focus on Wear Os, but just as previous releases by Google, it can spread over to Android TV, Google Home, and other such devices in near future with more exciting updates and offers. Similar to various products in the past which had been unannounced, the actual product, when launched, might arrive with different or many more features than mentioned here.
